CORN CHAFF

INGREDIENTS :
-          Corn
-          Beans
-          Smoked fish
-          Beef skin Kanda
-          Crayfish
-          Maggi or Honig cube
-          Salt
-          Pepper
-          Onion
-          Garlic
-          Palm oil
-          Ginger

Instructions :

-          Dehusk corn and boil grains until tender, strain and set aside
-          Pick and boil beans until tender and  strain
-          Cut smoked fish into small pieces, remove all the bones  andalso  boil beef skin Kanda.
-          Grind onion, pepper, garlic and ginger
-          Bring pre boiled corn and beans to boil in a pot all mixed up. The water should be the same level as the corn and beans.
-          When the pot begins to boil, add in smoked fish, beef skin kanda, Maggi or Honig cubes, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, ginger and allow to boil for about another 30minutesyou have to notice that the cornchaff thickens as the water dries up.
-          Add in palm oil, stir and allow to boil for about 30 minutes.
-          - Add in ground crayfish and stir, adjust the taste, allow to simmer for more than 10 minutes .
-          Now, your cornchaff is ready
